

Hello there—it's that time of the year!
Every quarter, we send out our Customer Experience Survey to see how happy you are with the service/products you're receiving from us, as well as to uncover any opportunities for improvement.
We know, we know... These surveys are never fun to fill out and we're all very busy, but—there are a couple of things we can promise you:
It will be quick. The survey only takes a few minutes, and you can easily skip any questions that don't apply to you for whatever reason.
It will be useful. We read all answers and use them both to make customer-specific adjustments and to inform our company roadmap.
After providing 1:1 feedback to your Engagement Manager during your check-ins, this survey is the second best way to ensure you're getting the most value out of your partnership with Nebulab.
